These terms apply to courses, memberships and team plans purchased from Tidewell Academy, a fictional business used for demonstration purposes.
Access
One-time course purchases include lifetime access. Memberships provide access while the membership is active. Team plans provide one seat per purchased seat for the period shown on the plan.
Refunds
If a course is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Team plans
The purchaser of a team plan is the group’s primary administrator and is responsible for inviting members. Unused seats can be reassigned at any time.
